This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Really nice hotel and fantastic location. Surely will endorse Hamanako Resort & Spa The Ocean!

I have stayed for seven days with my fiance. Beds ended up cozy and the space was usually pretty clean. Staff members were being very useful and friendly and always made us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel at least all along our stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for a few days to exploring the city. Hamanako Resort & Spa The Ocean is located in a really central placement, it really is clean along with the beds are really comfortable! There is only one detail I’d personally recommend heading forward and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I was very pleased with this choice and will surely recommend it to anyone planning to check out Hamamatsu.

If you are travelling to Hamamatsu you should reserve at Hamanako Resort & Spa The Ocean. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Great place, every thing is very near. Employees are super pleasant and useful and talk great English. You’ll find activities each and every night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people today. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s really slight. Excellent quality for the price!
